    Hi i use unity 2019.4
and Well, Visual studio and Studio code Both sucks and heavy + Ugly UI
Is there any lightweight alternatives? and If there's how Do I set it up to unity because locating the editor in the prefences will not allow the autocomplete and snippets

Jetbrains Rider is a lovely alternative that I use every day, but I wouldn't call it lightweight. There's a trial if you want to give it a shot. It has excellent integration with the Unity environment - as good or better than VS.

You can try Sublime Text (guide here: https://forum.unity.com/threads/sub...ake-it-the-best-ide-on-mac-os-windows.441625/) which is ultra lightweight and (imo) extremely well designed. It's not going to have the kind of Unity-specific support you'd get from VS or Rider, though.

Yikes! I'm going to reach out @haliodoha7 in a message. I'd love to learn more about what's going wrong with VS and VS Code so we can improve it.

Hi John! I’ve had issues with VS Code and unity3d csproj linking in the past couple years. I really like the program very much but I was constantly troubleshooting it. Eventually gave up and switched to rider.

It would be strange considering that you work for microsoft. So that you advertise something else.
