Bug Alpha Effects bugged in built project

    When I build my project, any layered alpha effects begin to glow and cause nasty ghosting effects that don't appear in the editor. This happens in forward render mode, but when switching to deferred, it just causes the textures to not have any alpha channel (also only in the build).

    I've messed with all the texture and material settings, and tried replicating it with mixed results. It almost seems to either happen with specific textures, or if a material is copied over.
    Using 2020.2.0b2.3094, but have also tried this in other unity versions with the same result.
