Bug Alpha 12 -> 16 editor major performance regression on Linux (with empty project)

    Using Linux editor (on KDE Neon, which is basically Ubuntu 18). Repros on both OpenGL and Vulkan runtimes.

    This occurs with a completely empty project. Just panning the default scene view around runs at maybe 15 FPS. Nothing shows up in profiler besides vsync. Using alpha 12 it runs fine.

    To repro: just create a new project with the 3D template.
