Allow to rotate/move camera while holding a button

    I'm currently making a FPS mobile shooter game. My desired outcome is to be able to move my camera while holding down a shoot button or any buttons in general. I'm not sure if I am supposed to make a script to make this happen or adjust my UI for my game.

    Any leads? There's hardly any information on this and even if there is I can't find it.
