We are faced with the fact that all of our studio packs were labeled as Deprecated. After repeated attempts at explanation of the reasons it is achieved in the situation, we were told that some of Asset complained that they violate copyrights of other games. We have presented a comparative list of models that made our studio, and a list of the models presented in the games, which were discussed. The similarity of our models is due to the identity of the prototype, but the difference is visible. At the request of the employee Unity Caitlyn Meeks provided contact the authors of our models. After that, all of our letters are ignored. We are asked to return the assets that have been previously presented, the assets of which are not received complaints. But the team Unity deaf to our requests.
For our studio it is very important be represented in the Asset Store, so we spent a lot of effort and money to represent the packages. Some of the packages have been prepared specifically for sale in Asset Store. The problem can not be resolved the third month. And now the buyers of our assets regularly write to us with the intention of acquiring our model but answer them we do not know. Responses from the Team Asset Stora we do not receive.

 

I had many of your assets stored in favorites and noticed they were gone. Let's hope Unity restore them or at least give you an explanation

 

Attitude Team Asset Store to your studio is not clear. Hopefully soon you will get an explanation and then be able to buy your Asset.
