1. "No License" at bottom. 2. A similar banner if you try to activate an account but failed (usually do to a Unity Hub bug after a Windows update). These clicks do absolutely nothing except make the banner go away. You can only get this working @ top right dropdown. This has actually been a bug since the dawn of Unity Hub; it was just so common I thought there was no reason to support it. It's so easy to repro and happens so often... why does Unity always seem to have 0 QA devs when facing the most common of issues? I shouldn't have to report this.
