All Cookie Jam ads on iOS

I'm working on bringing my bowing game to iOS. It has Unity Ads in it.

I noticed that every ad appears to be this same Cookie Jam ad:



Is this how it is supposed to be, or is this symptomatic of a problem?

This is sort of what it's supposed to be. Picture ads are still a beta feature. As such we don't have very many campaigns running at the moment. I this case, just the one on Android. The reason you keep seeing it without frequency limits is because picture ads aren't being mediated at the moment either.

It may be best to consider using video ads for the time being, until we move forward with picture ads and start building inventory. We've been discussing the possibility of disabling picture ads as a feature of Unity Ads until a later time when we can direct more resources to polishing it as a feature and building inventory for it.
