Hello I am new to the whole game making thing I plan to start soon! The question I have is I want to have 2 to 3 characters fight on screen while you can control or which to the other one! Similar too like the Tales of series or Ys series have it! I plan on using Playmaker for this so is all this possible for a newcomer who doesn't know how to code so question is to do all of this if so how hard would be for a noob like me!!

Theoretically anything is possible but chances are you'll never finish it. Or even figure out how to do most stuff for it (especially with Playmaker). No one starts their gamedev journey from 0 by making a full-fledged JRPG. Those games are made by dozens, if not hundreds, of people over multiple years. And that's on top of them having decades of experience.

Be realistic and look at what other solo developers have done (especially with visual scripting tools only) and then you'll see what's possible.
