Ladies and Gentlemen, Let me introduce you all Age of Aincrad.
What is this game? Well this could be best answered by a quote from our wiki page:

"Age of Aincrad (アインクラッドの時代) is a fan-made project dedicated to produce a stable massively multiplayer online game based on the popular anime 'Sword Art Online' released in 2012.
The game features various types of floors, dungeons and boss levels which will allow you to help contribute into completion of the game with friends or other players in forms of parties, guilds or just being solo.
You start your journey in Age of Aincrad by creating and customizing your own personal character which you can later improve how it looks by possessing various cosmetics and clothing. Your main goal is to reach to the top floor by defeating all floor bosses, how you do that is up to you!
Use col, which is an in-game currency to purchase armour, weapons and cosmetics, and enhance your performance in combat by learning skills and new techniques to outnumber your opponents. This will prove your strength and worth in combat against deadly monsters, demonic creatures and fearsome player-killers.
Use experience (EXP) to level up and increase your stats which will provide support to advance through the game by exploring new regions and completing unique story-lines and quests waiting to be discovered.
Be anyone, anywhere. You can be a merchant, thriving for a successful business; a fighter on the frontlines to reach the top floors; a blacksmith, creating weapons and armour for your fellow heroes or simply buying your own house, living in it, and marrying someone. Do what you like, welcome to the world of AoA (Age of Aincrad)".

Even with making no money, using copyrighted assets is not legal. Other than that, nice work.

We understand - we are negotiating copyright though and we watch out not to do anything extreme.
    Thanks!

Your level needs lots of work, trees are bland and all the same, bloom is too much and the grass is boring. Get some flowers, and some bushes, and other grasses to give it some depth and make it look good.

    Thanks for your feedback!
We are going for an anime - feel in the game, we thought that increasing bloom would get that effect.
We are changing the vegetation though - and we hope to see you at our stream on the 26th!

This neg. needs to happen before you start, not once you have a product.

My advice is drop the project until you have the official go ahead or don't use any copyrighted assets until you have a deal. The way you are working as non-profit and hope they will say yes once you start to make money is just plain crazy.

We do have developments regarding the copyright, although we can't disclose them due to our NDA.

Look forward to release of game though I suggest adding a bit more light to that dark stage as it is too difficult to see around
