    Hi,

I'm presenting my last released tool for Unity : Agamotto
This is a tool made to control objects over time.
    Main features are :
    • Recording objects states over time
    • Simulating objects states, based on physics or code
    • Natively supporting the persistence over time of GameObject active state, Transform position/rotation/scale, RigidBody velocity, ParticleSystem, Animator, and custom properties
    • Custom editor exposing main functionnalities directly from the editor
    • Visualizer component to display persisted object's data
    • Easy to customize with a large list of UnityEvents exposed and an architecture thought to be extendable
    • Many demo scenes shipped with the asset

    Demos walkthough

Free vouchers are available if you have a use case and you are ready to give feedback :)

    Regards,
    Thomas

I was watching a Twitch streamer play
    Singularity
10 year old but very interesting game that has many different time mechanics.
So I wanted to take a look at Asset store and forums for that kind of stuff.
And first post in the forums was yours:)

Here is Singularity Playthrough that shows one of the ways you can use time mechanic.

Well I don't know if that counts as a use case but at least I was doing this research for our game.

In any case Congrats with your asset.

    Hey thanks,

Singularity looks nice, but to be honest, from the video you linked, there is no "real" time manipulation (they only play animation back and forth it seems), nothing dynamic, so Agamotto wouldn't be that much of an help I guess :)

But I didn't understand, are you interested in a voucher? Would you use it?

Well! the video of the playthrough is a bit long.
There are examples of enemies being slowed down in a sphere area + bullets being slowed down + shader properties being animated back and forth and many others.
We'll have time dynamic time manipulation in our game and I'd definitely try Agamotto if you feel like giving a voucher.
Looks like a solid time manipulation asset.

    Yes, I didn't watch it all :)

I sent you a voucher by DM, please send any feedback.

PS : just for information, as stated in the documentation, bullet time is not what Agamotto is made for, or only if you want rewind and simulate what gonna append after ;)

    Good day,

The first idea that came to my mind was a dynamic similar to The prince of Persia, (The power of revival 1:59 min), it might be probably be done with your example of simulate code with animator states. Another use case is to be used as a replay system for physics games like pool, bowling or golf.

So if you still have an available voucher I would like to try and review your tool.

Yes that should be quite simple to do with Agamotto's recording functionality :)

Sent you the voucher in DM.
