After Updating from 5.0.0 to 5.0.1, Visual Studio no longer recognizes Unity namespaces.

I'm using the UnityVS plugin for Visual Studio, and I have that set up on both Unity's side and Visual Studio's side. I just updated Unity from 5.0.0 to 5.0.1, and now Visual Studio can't find UnityEngine or any other Unity namespace inside of the solution. I've tried regenerating the project files to no avail. and there aren't any bugs or warnings in Unity's console. What can I try to do to resolve this?
