After purchasing Unity Plus, can I still use Unity Personal?

I would like to purchase Unity Plus for my own projects, but still be able to work with Unity Personal users on different projects. Is this allowed? If so, will I need to manage separate installations, or can I switch editions via the hub/editor?

Edit: found this in the terms of service:
That really sucks, man. I guess I'm not buying Plus after all, because there's no way I could afford it for anyone besides myself, nor could the people I want to collaborate with afford it.

Ok now, I'm not an expert on this subject but....

I am pretty sure those rules are more so meant to prevent you from having a free license, and using a non-free version (that does not belong to you or your company) for publishing without splash screen or something.... not so much the other way around....

Perhaps someone can come up with a better explanation, who is more knowledgeable.

EDIT: I guess what I mean is, as long as your not abusing your license by making builds for your friends - it should be ok.

You can have multiple license tiers to collaborate with different groups so you can match that group's license level. You can't mix license levels within the same project or organization. You can't mix license levels if your income exceeds thresholds for lower license tiers.

Are you sure, @Joe-Censored ? The wording of the TOS seems pretty clear to me:
What makes you believe that this is not the case?

According to the command line options, you can add -force-free to 'Make the Editor run as if there is a free Unity license on the machine, even if a Unity Pro license is installed.'
