After opening or creating project , unity editor window won't show up

I have not made any changes to my project for a week and when today I wanted to make another change in my game, I could not reach the unity editor window, as I always launched the unity hub I chose my project and wait, after some time the Unity 5 graphic disappears and nothing is happening, I wait longer I do not have the best computer, but before something like that didin't happend, I opened the task manager and there is a unity editor but with 0% CPU and disk usage, so that means it's like "idle" all the time

*Unity reinstaled to the version 2018.2.18f1 (64-bit)
