    Hi,

I made a garage in a 3D program, imported in to unity with multiple channels, UV0 for texturing, UV1 for baking.
After I import and bake, everything looks good, but after I click "clear baked data", most of my objects have overlapping uvs.

    I'm using Unity 2018.4.5f1
    What am I doing wrong?

Hey! If you are confident about the way you laid out your lightmap UVs and the baked lightmap output looks right to you, this warning could be easily ignored.
Take a look at UV overlap scene debug view after baking the lighting and see if there are many problem areas. Otherwise, try increasing the lightmap resolution and lightmap padding values, and see if that helps.
