    Good day!

The main problem - shadows are barely visible and scene looks Dully after light was baked.

Before bake (Directional light is Realtime)

Baked (Directional light set to Baked)

How to achieve result with realtime light in baked scene?

    Thanks in advance!

Disable windows model before bake and enable those after bake.

Migrated to 5.6 and speedtrees in corners from first post are black even with realtime directional light.
Settings weren't changed. Is it a bug or it's a feature?

If you are doing real time lighting and baked lighting, you should try the different lighting mode. And if you are coming from previous unity then it has helped to use Subtractive mode as that seems to be the old mixed mode for using real time and baked settings.
