[Affiliate] Where can I get real support?

Hi everyone

I have registered as Unity Affiliate, and I've been testing the platform for a while now.
I have some problems and questions about it, and the Unity website says to send any questions to
affiliates@unity3d.com
Well, I've sent 3 emails so far, one about 2 moths ago, one about 5 weeks ago, and one 2 weeks ago, I still didn't get a single answer.

Anyone knows someone on the affiliate team or an affiliate manager I can contact with my questions?
Any other email I can send to?
