    Is there no possible way to make it based more on drags?

    Unity's physics aren't a real-world physics simulation. If you wanted aerodynamics stuff like propeller blades pulling air through, you'd be implementing that yourself.

    Do you know a good resource in coding something like this?

    Real aerodynamics is an overkill, and it would be extremely hard to pull it off, it involves complicated FEM (Finite Element Method).
    And I'm not even touching the subject of making it real time.

    You have to go "games programming way" so cheating it a lot.
