    I think it could be improved with some Jumping and Aiming Down the Sights.

    hi

    i have some questions:

    1 - 3d shooter pack has no upgrade system maybe can add? [is it possible to combine with some code from fps constructor?]

    2 - is there any way you can make a pack like that for third person shooters using mecanim? or am i missing soemthing and this CAN be used with mecanim controller third person shooter also? [im noob]

    Hi, probably a third person view will appear in future updates. What about the rest until I can not say.

    hi,
    I am facing problem in 3d shooter starter kit.
    Actually, I want to add score when enemy destroyed.
    But could not find the code in which enemy destroyed after hitting several bullets.
    can you please tell me where is the code that is used to destroy enemy?

    Hi,
    can you please tell me where is the bullet that is fired from AutoRifle. When gun fired. I did not find any object related to bullet.

    Hello poison77 thanks for interest to my asset.

    Yes, but all ai logic(example it logic based by NavMeshAgent) you need will to write own.

    Yes it will work on a mobile phone, but you will need a touch controllers.

    Maybe many bugs, full "Unity 5 Ready" after final release of Unity 5.

    This kit is very well done, really responsive to inputs. Good job !

    Can you tell me how easy it is to update hands and different animations related to weapon handling.

    wonderful work, just wonder has anyone testing this with an Oculus rift / is it setup to work out of the box or need some tweaking ?

    Yes, player HUD based on Unity UI.

    ..my game is multiplayer, meaning others will be seeing the third-person model. Right now, my guy has no body and like 16 arms when viewed. How do you recommend fixing this?

    You can just shove the third-person model inside the controller and write a script for animation play.
    In future updates, I'll try to do it. When I created this asset, then it was originally conceived for single player games.

    watching this thread like a hawk victor to see if you add multiplayer with photon....
    maybe then ill Buy and ill jump ship from UFPS

    the things I dont like right now with my UFPS

    • "Cheesy Animations like the ... grenade throw climbing Crouching"
    • No Sniper Rifle with Scope
    • "No melee Knife.. actualy melee sucks big time"
    • "no way to enter and exit vehicles (without a lot of new code) so so need to have this "
    • "updates that totally brake my game and loose all my model weapons"
    • "its not easy to add a new weapon"
    • "no Sliding or Prone "
    • "hard to Change my Character"
    • "Slow Game Response UFPS really CHEWS FPS"
    • only climbs Ladders no Jump and pull yourself up example "Climbing containers or walls" ...
    • No exploding windows from the bullets as they are raycast not physical
    Really Hoping you address this stuff in your pack and turn me into a paying customer ...

    BTW the price is great ....

    Multiplayer integration is a very complex and time-consuming process.
    Maybe in future, I will try to implement it, but I can't promise...

    Hey if this is for single player games, how about some simple enemy AI so we can set up shoots even easier (Or even better some complex enemy AI :p)

    Thanks Victor, but can't find any references on instructions on how to change the hands meshes.

    Should I only change the LeftHand, RightHand meshes ? or modify all animations ?

    And how R_IKs and L_IKs are used in the code ??


    So many questions :)

    hands animation is a legasy Unity animation.

    I know that. Was expecting a bit more explanation on how you're using gameobjects R_IK and L_IK

    its simple, animated in any 3d package and exported to unity, legacy animation plays.
    R_IK and L_IK not used.

    If you do decide to tackle Multiplayer, I would suggest integrating with Bolt Networking.
