I have a .psd file, and I when I add an adjustment layer to it, say to increase the exposure for example, the effect of that adjustment layer doesn't appear in Unity. Any idea why this is?

Is there any reason you can't just copy merged layers and save it as the topmost layer in your .psd file?

Ok, well, in that case I would just make flattened copy where you have baked the adjustment to the layers of the file and use that in the project? Surely you don't need to adjust colors that often, even though it's annoying to add extra steps to the process. You could also at least partially automate that process very easily with some scripts in PS.
