Ads requests successfully on the Dashboard, but ads not showing in the App:

    Hello,
    i implemented Unity ads to my Mobile game, when the button is clicked to show ads, my dashboard shows the ads requested successfully, but the ads don't show, even after uploading it to the Google play store and attaching the play store ID to the project on unity dashboard.

    (Note: The ads test works fine when testing it on Unity engine.
    : I installed the App in Nigeria, and requested the ads in Nigeria, could that be the reason?)

    I have downloaded your app and tested it
    And I can see unityads initializing log and ad requests log properly.
    I just don't know when/how I can see the ads from your app.
    But judging from the log, I think it works ok.

    Nigeria has low fillrate compared to other countries. That is why you can't watch ads

    Hello, Thanks for your response.
    My Game app is supposed to show an add once you navigate to the Example screen (Attached below is a screenshot) and when you start the game, once the timer runs out, a button would appear which says click to watch ads for extra time (a screenshot is also attached).

    I carried some further test, i see that the Monitization.IsReady() function returns false so my code to show the ads is not running.
    what could be the reason for it to return false?

    On my Dashboard the Fill-rate for Nigeria shows 100%, so it shouldn't be the fill-rate, especially after you tested it in South Korea?

    could it be because I haven't configured a valid payout profile, cause when i run the app and check the UnityAds Cache folder in the Android folder of the phone memory, I see the ads files(Video, pictures and JSON files) loaded successfully. Or could it be because i used UnityEngine.Monitization library and not UnityEngine.Advertiements Library.

    Note: The Ad should show itself on the Example page.
    and when the button on the gameover page is clicked.

    Many ad requests are going to unity ad network but ad are not showing

    If you have an issue, please start a new thread. Be sure to include as much information as you can, specifically:
    • Which version of Unity Ads are you using?
    • Which version of Unity are you using?
    • Are you using any mediation SDKs?
