Ads not working on all devices

I have a live app on the iTunes store running Unity Ads. The ads are working on some devices but not all. On my iPhone, they work fine. On my iPhone (with the same Apple ID) the ad shows, but it is the generic Unity ad that shows in a test environment. They were working correctly on both devices until recently.

Any ideas?

 

Hi, check your "Test Devices" settings under https://operate.dashboard.unity3d.com. Seems you have configured a test device, which means we only return test ads for that

Ah thanks! That must be it. Didn't realize that setting also applied to live apps.
