Admob crashing android app

    So this has been an on-going problem for a couple of weeks. I'm trying to implement Admob. I already went through the whole setup. The project builds and installs on my Phone, but crashes before it even loads the splash screen. It builds and runs fine without the plugin. Are there any solutions to this problem? I'm currently using Unity2018.3.10 and the most recent GoogleMobileAds plugin.
