I know this might be a n00b question, but I really cant find a way to disable this. Whenever I want to tweak and adjust my particles, I need to be able to see what Im dooing, but when in the editor mode, the "gizmoes" kinda disturb the visuals, so its hard to get a clear wiev of whats gooing on, only when I start up in gamemode, is it clear what im doing.. does anyone have an answer for how to disable theese gizmoes in editor mode? I cant be the only one with this problem?

You're right, the gizmos can be distracting sometimes. There isn't currently a way around this, apart from setting the game camera to look at the particles and then switching to the game view.

can't you delete the image file associated with that type of object?

Just another thought about this... if you run the game, but then switch back to the scene view, you can see the particle system working without the gizmos.
