Addressables not loading from the server when testing in the editor

I've just updated my addressables asset and not it doesnt seem to be working properly.

I built my addressables and uploaded them, then made changes to the assets but have not rebuilt the addressables. Now when I run, I expect to see the content loading from the serve but instead it is showing me the latest changes.

These latest changed have not yet been bundled so I dont know why they are showing.

Any tips?
