Bug Addressables 1.11 and 1.12 don't report download size 0 anymore for a locally cached asset

There is nothing in the release notes! How can we now check if an asset is downloaded?

Why is everything breaking in Addressables? Or just a breaking change that is not reported? This is the 5th thread I create in 2 days:

LoadContentCatalogAsync fails with null exception on Android, despite address being accessible (fixed in either 1.11 or 1.12)
Find downloadable size of assets without having to check if they exist after version 1.11?
Addressables 1.11 broke all our code and the change causing it is not in the release notes...?
Addressables 1.12 gives error "Address cannot contain [ ]" but address doesn't contain such thing
