I tried to add a webhook integration to my project for build success event but it always fails when trying to save with a generic message of Error saving %project-name% please try again later.

I am not using https but I guess I tried with that too.
What can I do to know what I'm doing wrong or maybe is there any issues in the system?

    Merry Christmas!

This suggests that the Webhook URL you are using is not valid. If you believe that the URL is correct. Please log a support ticket via the Developer Dashboard for us to review your URL as it may be that our validation rules are too stringent.

my url is valid but I can for example remove usage of the port 5000 and use 80/433 as a start to see if it fixes it or not.
But nevertheless you should change that message to say something less cryptic, just say URL validation failed or whatever. will save a lot of time.
For the record my url is like http://ipaddress:5000/api/CloudBuildIntegraiton

No URL seems to work @olieblanks I tried even our website's main URL. Can you make sure it works or give me a URL which should work to test with? Also do you do any validations other than format/regex checks by calling the URL to see what it returns and …?

I previously did this about a year ago or more when it was a thing in cloud build's notifications part and not in integration but this time it doesn't seem to work. Also this time I don't have full permissions on the project but since no error related to that is provided and unlike configuration section of cloud build, this is accessible to me, I assumed I should be fine on that regard.

I tried every other combination and it fails
I tried http and https without ports (i.e. default ports) and still fails to accept it

Hi @Ashkan_gc, Sorry for the delay in response. It is my understanding that you managed to resolve this issue via the Support ticket that you raised and it was due to incorrect permissions. Please let me know if not and I will be happy to investigate further.
