Question Adding users to plastic

    Hi there, I'm not sure if its me or the system has changed but I'm trying to add a user to my plastic source control and cant find it anywhere on plastic.

    Also previous users who I have removed from unity teams section still appear in plastic and i cant find where to remove them on plastic either.

    Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hi,

    Are you a Plastic Cloud user? www.plasticscm.com --> Cloud.

    Or did you buy the subscription via the Unity dashboard?

    I don't have access to cloud, its 404 page to me. I've been using unity and plastic for a while. When the update changed to unity version control did anything else change? I've not bought any subscriptions the project was carried over from collaboration. I have access to this Plastic SCM - Cloud Dashboard, but it just lists my seats and does not give me an option to remove or add.

    it seems you are not an admin in the Plastic Cloud organization. Can you open a ticket at support@plasticscm.com?

    Will do, that's odd though as I have been since unity moved over to it as I have added and removed a few users.
