    Hi there,
I am trying to combine two textures but the colors do not add up as expected. The darker brown is more like yellowish/white. How do I add those two together so that in the combied texture the brown from the lower texture is kept.

    You're adding them together. Literally adding, color + color. 0.6 + 0.2 = 0.8

You don't want to add, you want the Lerp or Blend set to Overwrite, and you want a black and white mask of the lines for the T or Opacity input and the solid brown color for the B or Blend input.

You got a point there. That eyplains why every color choosen got brigther and I didn't manage the make them darker. I knew I was missing something obvious. This happens when you combine stuff from multiple tutorials but have no idea what you are doing... Thanks a lot!
