Unity Hub Version: 2.3.1 (on macOS Catalina 10.15.4)
    Unity Install: 2019.3.8f1

Tried to install module: Linux Build Support (Mono)

See log below. A short while ago for an extended period I experienced similar issues when trying to install new version of the Unity editor. Yesterday I did manage to install the latest version of the Unity Editor, but now modules are (still) an issue.

    Hi @shortnotion ,
Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for the well presented informative report.
Unfortunately, it seems there is little I can offer but suggest retry the download. As the log suggests the download is incomplete or corrupted, make sure the network is not interrupted during the download.
The Hub has a plan to improve the download experience, but it may not be in the near future.

Ok, I already tried a bunch of times with always the same results though. Also; are Chinese download servers universal for everybody or does Unity Hub think I'm a Chinese user? I'm asking because the Community page in my Unity Hub is in Chinese and the system menu in my Unity Editor also has a submenu with a Chinese label (between Component and Window). To clarify; I'm Dutch and prefer my systems in English.

Then it is possible for your ip been mistaken as a Chinese address.
One suggestion I can make is to use a VPN.
