Feedback Adding a new editor feature: Locked Window/Tab Tinting.

Hello everyone, not sure if this is how or where it is done but I came across multiple places talking about how to provide future feature suggestions, etc but one of the threads was locked, another was from 2015, etc... So I'll just post this here since it is relevant to this particular forum's subject.

It would be nice if under "Preferences > Colors" we could choose a custom color for an automatic tinting of windows that would happen when we tick the Lock to enabled.

Locking tabs is a feature I use frequently and I often forget the tab is locked, especially if I have multiple tabs of the same type open at a once (like 2 inspector tabs, 1 locked and 1 not). Thanks for your time
