Add Store Details not working

Hey guys,

We are launching a game today, it seems to be fully propagated on google play store and we haven't had a problem adding the market url to another ad service.

When we try to add store details for unity ads, the input box turns red and does nothing. There are no errors and it is not giving any results after pressing Look Up Game.

Can anyone comment? where does unity lookup the game details from? is there anyway we can verify that our game is visible to the lookup service? Any help is appreciated.

Also; I'd like to set the "serve Test ads" to false but I don't have access to that on the Ads Dashboard.

 

I have the same issue in this moment :-( What happens? I would like to add my Google Play Store details.

I have the same problem.

 

I'm still having the problem and it's preventing me from advertising my game. I've only been told to wait and they are working on it, but since there are posts over a month old for people having the same issue, I'm guessing this might not be fixed anytime soon.

 

Same problem here, I guess everyone is having the same problem or maybe just the ones who created new projects from November until now.
