I really like Unity Hub tray icon, where from I can open my recent projects.
Would like to have it always visible in my system tray.

You can configure the Notification area in the taskbar options to always show the Unity Hub icon.
If you also want to start with Windows, you can add a shortcut into the Startup folder. (%AppData%\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup)

Yep, I can, but I don't want to see Unity Hub window on every startup. Any option to run it hidden?

I would suggest to wait until the CLI feature is completed, and hope for a -silent option.

    Thanks for your suggestions.
We would consider that setting (or the CLI option) in the hub.

    Best,
