Add Padding to Content Size Fitter Please

    I had to duplicate the Content Size Fitter code to add padding (it can not be extended for this due to key code being private).

    Perhaps in future it could be added though as it is very useful to add size for background/border/hit-area etc.?

    Oh, yes. That is something I also missed.
    At least for Better UI (see signature) this will be available in the next version.
