Add My Project to my teammate's organization and delete an old organiztion

Hello, I'm trying to add my project to my teammates. I've tried using the collab option within the project but it does not show the organization my teammate added me to. Also, before I knew they made this organization, I created one myself and added my project to it. Now, I'd like to delete this organization, but everytime I try to, I get a message saying the organization can't be deleted because a project is assign to it. I've tried seeing where I can remove the project from the organization to no avail.

Right now any help would be deeply appreciated. And thanks for reading my problems.
