Add Bright Image

Hi,
I am looking for a solution for showing the difference between a room that is not lit up against the one which is. Let me provide my requirement in detail.

I need the ability to brighten a room similar to how it would be like when i switch on a light. When a light fixture image is dragged and dropped to an image, i need to brighten it up similar to the experience of how it would look like if i have the light fixture in the room and how bright the room would look like. The brightness can be same for all type of fixtures.

I know that there is lot of things that can be achieved using unity pro and i am expecting that i would be able to find a solution for this.
