add ability to rearrange projects

    Projects are currently arranged in the order that they are added. I'm sure many of us would prefer to order them how we'd like.

    Hey Naphier,

    You can drag and drop all of them to the order that you'd like. Also there is a little tooltip on them to change the cover photo. We'll look into making it more intuitive so that people don't miss this.
