    Hello,

I was curious about the specifics of this provision:
    "
encouraging views, taps, clicks, downloads, installs or other End-User actions with offers of cash, prizes, incentives, gift cards, vouchers or anything of value (other than virtual currency or other in- app benefits in compliance with the Rewarded Inventory Policy); this includes, but is not limited to, promising to raise money for third parties
    "

If an app was similar to a raffle or sweepstakes, where users can get tokens and use said tokens to enter into contests for prizes. Would implementing video ads into that style of app be considered in violation of this policy? Even if it's not a direct watch videos for entries, but rather just you may occasionally have one pop up as a means of monetization?

Basically this: if the reward has monetary value and is offered in exchange for watching/interacting with ads - it's against the policy.
