ad delivery disabled and can't enable

    I have a released game where ads used to work. At some point they stopped working and upon investigating, I noticed that the ad delivery status on the dashboard has changed to disabled. Trying to enable it I just get a "unfortunately we could not process your request" error. This is on iOS. On Android, ad delivery is still enabled and I tried to disable it to see if it works but I get the same error.

    Any idea?

    Could you please send a ticket by clicking the Contact Support button on the dashboard?
