Does anyone have any experience with how long it takes for Unity's customer support to transfer a license to a new computer?

Despite de-activating the Pro license with my previous two computers, Unity is complaining that I have installed the license on too many computers. In addition, Unity is saying that they aim to respond to questions within 5 working days, but license-issues are prioritized. I am really hoping it doesn't take about 5 working days to get all of my Pro-features back. :-|

They usually are quick about this within 24hr's though given that this is the weekend.

email support@unity3d.com with the Computer Name and the serial

Computer Name appears in ControlPanel System on Windows in the same place as Domain and WorkGroup settings

Took about half a day when I messed up my old install by accident.

Yeah, I've done it a few times now (sorry for being a pain, Unity dudes) and they've never taken more than 48 hours except over weekends, from memory.
