Activating Heatmaps

Hey there
I am trying to activate heatmaps but cannot find it anywhere in the dashboard. It no longer looks the same as when the documentation was written and it does not show up in Analytics Settings under Feature Settings as I would expect.

The account has a Pro license.

I can see that you might soon stop supporting heatmaps does this mean I cannot enable it?
If so am I stuck with the lower limit of 100 events per hour per device?
