    Hi All

    A total Nube to Unity.
I work as a disability support worker and i am helping a client study a animation course.
We need to create an app for an assignment and decided on Unity.
I have downloaded Unity on my Acer laptop, have logged in, followed countless steps to try and save and activate a licence and it keeps failing. I have restarted my computer as well, and no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I will also need to organise to download onto my clients computer so we can work in a team to get this assignment.

What does it say when it fails?

Note that Unity Hub wasn't required before Unity 2019.1.x, so you can try downloading 2018.4.x from the download archive and see if you have better luck activating in the editor than you're having with the Hub. Licensing issues which I sometimes see coming up are issues with VPN or network connectivity, issues with the computer itself, inadequate permissions with the user account you're logged into your computer with, or simply something wrong with the license which needs to be resolved by Unity support.
