    Sort of a rethoric questions,
but what's usually inside an action game character framework?

It comes with basic position and rotations, and of course it has mesh and animation by the final end.
But between those things, what's usually there?
if the character can parry and attack, is it an interface check or maybe i only need dot product check will do between units?
Its movement, does it usually consider the floor below before applying gravity, or does it just rely on rigidbodies to govern its movement or maybe a character controller?

It happens that i can't quite find a book about it too....help?

A little too much to ask in one question. I'd suggest narrowing down a task to work on first.

    What do you mean?

Narrowing task, but i'm not even sure what is the task?
Like i need a collection of possibilities for a game character programming, how to deal with its vector acquisitions, and action inputs and outputs, the resultant attack damage vectors and booleans?

You are thinking too hard. All that will lead to is a project that looks big and overwhelming, and in all likelihood given up on.

What I meant was, divide the task of creating this thing into sub-sections like movement, collision, and animation. Explore your options in each of those sub-sections and build something for learning. When you are finally familair enough with each sub-section, put them together.

Indeed, the answer i was looking for.
But to be exact, are there like, the general ideas, what are characters made of in action games?
    That comprises their entire system?

Surely there's bound to be something general template followed...are they not?

Not really. It all depends on what YOU want and need it to do. And you can break this down into the sections you need.
