action bind with D-pad input not working after update unity version to 2021.3.9f1

    Bind with single button (D-Pad/Down , Left, Right or Up)
    stopped working after update unity version
    UI navigation with D-pad Vector is still working

    using xbox controller
    input system version 1.4.1
    unity version 2021.3.9f1
