Accurate Depiction of FX Cones

    The HDRP process of indicating a particle in the scene view is not representative of the game view.

    i.e. I have a particle that is falling straight down for snow in my game view, but in my editor scene view it flies straight at me in the view of the editor scene view,

    Why not add a directional cone that encompasses direction as well as cone radius as a visual clue and make them match on both views.
