accessing variebles every frame

Hi.
I need to create some variables that I can change and be accessed every frame. Were would I place that script and what is the best way of accessing it (effective way without draining resources). Please help.

I assume you don't know how to code yet. If you knew just a little bit how to script in Unity, it would be straight forward. If you know how to code, consider to formulate a little clearer what you want to achieve and why you can't just use a variable.
