Bug Access voilation in build - Weird crash (Happens only in throttled pc's and Amd gpu)?

    Sometimes it crashes in 3 to 4 minutes some times it doesn't , Main scene that it crashes in is in a scene where there are video files : I have used MP4 with h264 and webm with vp8 both still results in crash, I have tried transcoding inside Unity as well. Nothing seems to work.
