Is there anywhere to download older versions of Unity for linux? Right now the only 2018.2.x variant I can download through the hub is 2018.2.20f1 - which has a game breaking networking bug that is "fixed in 2018.3". Our team is not quite ready to upgrade to 2018.3 and we would like to build our server (using burst so it must be compiled on linux) with 2018.2.18f1 as that version does not have the show-stopping network bug.

I should also mention that Linux Unity Hub 1.5 constantly flashes "You are not connected to a network" even though I am (using a static IP). Everything else works including the internet connectivity, my game servers, etc; the previous version of UnityHub worked fine so something with 1.5.0 decided to get cranky on me. I can only install new versions or make changes during the brief moment that the banner goes away which makes it nearly impossible to work with.
