Access denied when trying to install Android modules

Hi, I'm trying to build my project as Android package, however.. When I click Open Download page in the Build Settings, It redirects me to a page with Access Denied Error. Actually, I've installed the Android build support from Unity Hub, but the Build Setting reports that Android Modules is not loaded.

I'm using Unity 2017.4.30f1 and Unity Hub 2.0.4 (AppImage) on Ubuntu 18.04 (64bit).

Some though about this problem:

• The page have been removed, but Unity still redirects me there (Since I'm still using 2017.4)
• My network problem
• Unity Hub installed the module, but not at the Editor's Modules directory.
