Bug Access Denied when downloading 2020.3.23f1

    I'm trying to download Unity 2020.3.23f1 using the Hub an I get this error:
    Code (text):
    1. Access Denied
    2. You don't have permission to access "http://download.unity3d.com/download_unity/c5d91304a876/unity-2020.3.23f1-osx.ini" on this server.
    3. Reference #18.adc7cf17.1639429889.8b1f6e6b
    Unity 2020.3.24f1 downloads fine but I need 23 because that is what my team is locked to at the moment.

    How can I fix this?
