Access audio effects in code

Hi,

Just getting up to speed with the new audio system but the docs and examples are pretty thin on the ground.

Overview of Usage and API page in manual had no info, and example usages is blank?

For example, how do you access effects like http://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/class-AudioPitchShifterEffect.html from code?

More info and examples please!
